# About this Guide

This guide describes how to create and manage cluster deployments to cloud platforms using the VAST Polaris portal. It is intended for Tenant Administrators of VAST Polaris.

Tenant Administrators use entitlement resources allocated for their tenant. These entitlement resources determine the overall amount of storage that can be allocated to cluster deployments for the tenant.

Provisioning entitlements is outside the scope of this guide.
