# Monitoring Analytics from the VAST CLI

To monitor analytics from the [VAST CLI](/docs-5-3/docs/using-the-vast-cli), use the following commands.

| Query a report | `monitor query` |
| Create a custom report | `monitor create` |
| Delete a custom report | `monitor delete` |
| Run a one-time query, without saving it | `monitor ad-hoc-query` |
