# ebox replace

Replace an existing EBox.

### **Usage**

```plaintext
ebox replace --id ID 
            [--host-sn HOST_SN]
    
```

### **Required Parameters**

| `--id ID` | Specifies the EBox ID. |
| --- | --- |

### **Options**

| `--host-sn HOST_SN` | Specifies the new EBox serial number. |
| --- | --- |

### **Example**

Replace an E-Box with a new serial number.

```plaintext
vcli: admin> ebox replace --id 7 --host-sn 12345678  
```
