# alarm delete

This command clears a specified alarm.

##### Usage

```plaintext
alarm delete  --id ID 
                      
```

##### Required Parameters

| --id *id* | Specifies the alarm to delete by its ID. |
| --- | --- |

##### Example

```plaintext
vcli: admin> alarm delete --id 2
```
