The QoS Policies page shows a list of QoS policies created on the VAST cluster. For each QoS policy, the following information can be displayed: | ID | The ID of the QoS policy. | | --- | --- | | Name | The name of the QoS policy. | | Mode | Indicates whether capacity-based limits are set: - *Static*. Capacity-based limits are not set. - *Used Capacity*. Capacity-based limits are set per unit of used logical capacity. - *Provisioned Capacity*. In view QoS policies, capacity-based limits are set per unit of logical capacity provisioned by the soft limit of a quota on the view path. | | Limit By | Specifies which performance characteristics(s) are limited by the QoS policy: - *BW and IOPS*. Both bandwidth (BW) and I/O per second (IOPS) is limited. - *BW*. Only bandwidth is limited. - *IOPS*. Only IOPS is limited. | | Type | Indicates whether the QoS policy is intended to provision performance for views (*View*) or users (*User*). | | Priority | Indicates whether the QoS policy is prioritized. | ## Viewing QoS Policies in VAST CLI To view all QoS policies, run the [qospolicy list](/docs-5-4/docs/en/qospolicy-list) command. To view details of a specific QoS policy, run the [qospolicy show](/docs-5-4/docs/en/qospolicy-show) command.
