# ldap set_primary_provider

This command sets an LDAP provider to be the POSIX primary provider.

##### Usage

```plaintext
ldap set_primary_provider --id ID
```

##### Required Parameters

| `--id ID` | Specifies the LDAP provider configuration. |
| --- | --- |

##### Example

```plaintext
vcli: admin> ldap set_primary_provider --id 1
```
