# realm create

This command creates a security realm.

## Usage

```plaintext
realm create --name NAME
             [--object-types OBJECT_TYPES]
```

## Required Parameters

| `name NAME` | Assigns a name to the realm. Specify `NAME` as a string. |
| --- | --- |

## Options

| `--object-types OBJECT_TYPES` | Specifies a list of object types to include in the realm. Specify `OBJECT_TYPES` as a comma separated list. For possible values to specify for `OBJECT_TYPE`, see [Managing User-Defined Permission Realms](/docs-5-5/docs/managing-user-defined-permission-realms). |
