Enter VMS for your cluster 2. On the left menu bar, click analytics: ![The image displays a sidebar menu from a management interface, featuring various sections such as Analytics, Alarms & Events, Activities, Hardware Layout, Administrators settings, and Support options, all designed to facilitate system monitoring and administration tasks.](https://cdn.us.document360.io/89b91113-5dc6-49db-86ec-57b16dc8ce56/Images/Documentation/a6e5d691-0b90-4b46-b101-05a8c08c3ed5.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-08T09%3A16%3A24Z&se=2026-11-08T10%3A16%3A24Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=GnA2Bq%2BvnNwTwgArV9Jt77uNErJAh%2Fbk3r3P0Ybr7QE%3D) VMS → Analytics 1. Now, add an analytic for Dbox temperature as shown: ![The screenshot shows a configuration interface for creating analytics, where users can define properties parameters such as time resolution and timeframe to monitor DBox ambient temperature data. The selected property 'Hardware.component=box,ambient_temp' is visible in the interface under "Selected Properties."](https://cdn.us.document360.io/89b91113-5dc6-49db-86ec-57b16dc8ce56/Images/Documentation/9688702f-72d6-41cf-8a2f-4ec551e557f7.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-11-08T09%3A16%3A24Z&se=2026-11-08T10%3A16%3A24Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=GnA2Bq%2BvnNwTwgArV9Jt77uNErJAh%2Fbk3r3P0Ybr7QE%3D) Add analytics for DBox 1. Create the analytics, and done, you can now see the box's ambient temperature for your cluster.
