VAST Polaris v5.4.2 is available for general use from March 2026.
VAST Polaris is a portal on which you can create and manage deployments of VAST Clusters to cloud platforms.
In v5.4.2, you can deploy fully-functional VAST Clusters to GCP cloud platforms.

Support for GCP
This is the first release of the VAST Polaris portal. You can now deploy fully-functional VAST Clusters on your GCP account. When deploying clusters, you allocate the amount of storage for the cluster and the number of VMs.
