view delete

This command deletes a view.

Note
Deleting a view from the VMS does not delete directories or files from the file system. To delete the view's underlying directory, use the /folders/delete_folder/ endpoint of the VAST REST API.

Usage

view delete --id ID

Required Parameters

--id ID

Specifies the view to delete.

Example

vcli: admin> view delete --id 2
