Resolved Issues in 5.3.4-SP1

ORION-295189: Made updates to avoid setting incorrect permissions of other::r-x (instead of other::rwx) for a child directory of a parent that has default ACLs of rwx for user, group and other, when the child directory is created by an NFS client running Rocky 8 or later.
